Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The NPD Engineer will be responsible for managing day-to-day NPD activities in alignment with IATF standards. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development
• • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends.
• • Develop and document product specifications, designs, and testing procedures.
• • Coordinate prototype development and testing, analyzing results to refine products.
• • Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the product development process.
• • Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
• • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in product development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• • Relevant experience in product development within the automotive manufacturing sector is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

• • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• • Knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies.
• • Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards is an advantage.

Working Hours:Mon-Sat: 9am to 7pm.

Salary range: 20-22k
